Do You ‘Pin’?

May 10, 2012 § Leave a comment

Pinterest is gaining popularity as one of the most popular social media platforms in North America.

Users are free to ‘pin’ images found on the web and post them on the their personal visual pin board.

It allows you to share these images with fellow users even though copyright doesn’t belong to you.

This controversy has Pinterest creators and their users infringing copyright. Actually, liability falls more on the user and less on Pinterest.
