The Museum in Kitchener – Jeremy Kohm

Jeremy Kohm got to keep that lamp of learnin’ burnin’ when he was commissioned to shoot The Museum in Kitchener, Ontario.  He spent the day looking through a lens but was also to learn along the way. What did he learn we ask?

Well, there’s a machine that is hooked up to a pulley system and it lets you punch in a phrase. Through a series of movements in the air that machine then comes to your specific location and reads out your phrase. That machine isn’t capable of swearing. So if your name is “Christian” you’re outta luck.

I also managed to check out the Treasures of China – Dazu Rock Carvings which was quite impressive but they were busy setting up for an exhibit that I think would be great for families: Avatar.
